Senior Investigator Grants Associate

Responsibilities

• Provide grant administration processing and financial support to Project and Finance teams
• Review Clinical Trial Agreements (CTA) to prepare site payment tracking workbooks
• Maintain advance balance tracking to ensure sufficient prepaid funds for site payments
• Prepare site payment packages for Project Director and Project Manager approval
• Perform Aggregate Spend (Sunshine Act) and Medicare/Medicaid reporting
• Conduct site payment reconciliations and manage the investigator grant mailbox
• Coach and mentor teammates on the Investigator Grants Team
• Manage investigator grants pass-through budgets and project costs
• Communicate with sites and clients to resolve financial inquiries

Requirements

• 4-year degree or local country equivalent
• 3 years of Clinical Research experience
• Prior Accounts Payable experience in global payments
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Excellent analytical and time management skills
• Ability to handle large volumes of confidential financial data

Preferred Qualifications

• Senior Investigator Payment Specialist background
• Exposure to investigator contracts and budgets
