About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide grant administration processing and financial support to Project and Finance teams
- Review Clinical Trial Agreements (CTA) to prepare site payment tracking workbooks
- Maintain advance balance tracking to ensure sufficient prepaid funds for site payments
- Prepare site payment packages for Project Director and Project Manager approval
- Perform Aggregate Spend (Sunshine Act) and Medicare/Medicaid reporting
- Conduct site payment reconciliations and manage the investigator grant mailbox
- Coach and mentor teammates on the Investigator Grants Team
- Manage investigator grants pass-through budgets and project costs
- Communicate with sites and clients to resolve financial inquiries
Requirements
- 4-year degree or local country equivalent
- 3 years of Clinical Research experience
- Prior Accounts Payable experience in global payments
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Excellent analytical and time management skills
- Ability to handle large volumes of confidential financial data
Preferred Qualifications
- Senior Investigator Payment Specialist background
- Exposure to investigator contracts and budgets
