Senior Investigator

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex and sensitive investigations, ensuring outcomes align with organizational governance, security, and risk management objectives.
• Produce actionable investigative reports, intelligence assessments, and executive briefings to support decision-making and legal reviews.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including legal, intelligence, security, and forensic specialists.
• Design, deliver, and oversee specialist training programs in investigations, intelligence, and OSINT.
• Provide subject matter expertise and mentoring to drive best practices in investigative tradecraft and operational effectiveness.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of law enforcement experience.
• Demonstrable experience investigating organised crime and cybercrime.
• Proven track record in conducting OSINT-driven intelligence operations and leading multi-agency investigations.
• Strong English written and verbal communication skills, including report writing and executive-level presentations.
• Ability to work effectively within sensitive, high-trust environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Background in leading or instructing undercover operations training or related law enforcement programs.
• Experience as a full-time undercover operative or supervisor with formal training from a recognized Five Eyes (FVEY) agency.
• Experience in the backstopping and development of undercover training programs.
• Completion of Undercover Course and/or Undercover Supervisors course.
• Proficiency in additional languages.
