Senior Inventory Planner

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of planners to coordinate aircraft spares, cabin materials, IFE, and tools for scheduled and unscheduled maintenance
• Monitor spares availability and ensure timely procurement to support maintenance activities
• Optimize inventory levels by balancing investment against stock holding, pooling, or consignment contracts
• Monitor provisioning activities and recommend stocking techniques for rotables and consumables to meet KPIs
• Identify surplus inventory and recommend appropriate disposal actions
• Manage shelf-life and scrap transactions, ensuring timely replenishment actions
• Support spares requirements for new aircraft induction, return to service, and end-of-lease projects
• Prepare and manage inventory holding reports, dashboards, and annual spend budgets
• Monitor spare support contracts to ensure contractual service levels are achieved

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or equivalent technical degree, or minimum 5 years of aviation inventory management experience
• Proven track record in aircraft technical material planning, procurement, and supplier management
• Experience in team management
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure in a multicultural environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with A320, A330, A350, and A380 aircraft fleets
• Understanding of technical manuals including IPC, ITEM, and MPD
• Familiarity with RSPLs, W-File, spare repair, and warranty processes
• Knowledge of OEM support contracts such as SSC and PSAA
