Senior Inventory Planner

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of planners to coordinate aircraft spares, cabin materials, tools, and IFE for scheduled and unscheduled maintenance.
• Monitor spares availability and ensure timely procurement to support maintenance activities.
• Optimize inventory levels by recommending stocking techniques for rotables, consumables, and tools to balance investment and service levels.
• Identify surplus inventory and recommend appropriate disposal actions.
• Monitor shelf-life, scrap transactions, and replenishment actions.
• Manage spare support contracts to ensure contractual service levels are met.
• Prepare and manage inventory holding reports, dashboards, and annual spend budgets.
• Support new aircraft induction, return to service, and end-of-lease projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent technical degree, or a minimum of 5 years of aviation inventory management experience.
• Proven track record in aircraft technical material planning, procurement, and supplier management.
• Experience in team management and leadership.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a multicultural environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with A320, A330, A350, and A380 aircraft fleets.
• Deep understanding of technical manuals including IPC, ITEM, and MPD.
• Familiarity with RSPLs, W-Files, spare repair, warranty, and OEM support contracts (SSC/PSAA).
• Knowledge of lease return requirements.
