Senior Inventory Control Analyst

Responsibilities

• Control inventories of raw materials and finished goods for forecasted sales and scheduled distribution
• Update and maintain inventory systems and oversee the master schedule to reflect turnover and stocking decisions
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, operational challenges, and inter-company transfer issues
• Perform inventory transactions including scrap, material issuance, adjustments, and Bill of Material (BOM) maintenance
• Conduct trend analysis to forecast inventory levels and reconcile variances
• Lead physical inventories and establish ABC cycle classification and schedules
• Implement audit and compliance procedures and recommend process enhancements
• Support lean activities, including participation in GEMBA walks

Requirements

• 4–7 years of experience in purchasing, inventory, or related supply chain functions
• Bachelor’s degree in Inventory Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• Strong understanding of MRP/ERP systems and mastery of supply chain processes
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint)
• Strong knowledge of warehouse management software
• Ability to work independently, prioritize deadlines, and communicate effectively in group settings
• Ability to perform physical requirements including lifting up to 40 lbs and standing for long periods

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with D365
• Proficiency in Power BI
