Senior International Payroll Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage EMEA and APAC payroll operations, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with local laws and regulations
• Drive improvements and cross-functional synergies by partnering with HR, Legal, and Finance organizations
• Manage payroll accounting for EMEA and APAC entities
• Build and nurture strong partnerships with external payroll service providers
• Implement effective controls and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations in each country of operation
• Educate and support employees regarding payroll matters, processes, and requirements

Requirements

• Expertise in managing payroll operations across multiple countries, specifically within EMEA and APAC regions
• Demonstrated success leading payroll functions through periods of rapid growth and global expansion
• Proven experience working in a public company environment, including hands-on experience with SOX compliance
• Strong track record of working cross-functionally to execute strategic initiatives
• Meticulous attention to detail and high standards for accuracy
