Senior Internal Controls Analyst

Responsibilities

• Map processes and risks
• Design and implement controls and action plans
• Act as a focal point for responsible areas to monitor company changes and update the Risk and Control Matrix (MRC)
• Plan, structure, and perform internal audit tests based on defined scope
• Manage workstreams and projects
• Perform result calculation, review WPs, and prepare SOCD
• Prepare Internal Audit reports and follow up on action plans
• Ensure compliance with company methodology and standards
• Prepare documentation such as test WPs, narratives, flowcharts, and executive presentations
• Support the design and implementation of company policies, norms, and procedures
• Attend to external audit requests
• Mobilize teams to support the implementation of improvements and corrective actions

Requirements

• Higher education degree in Administration, Accounting, Engineering, or related fields
• At least 5 years of experience in business process mapping, risk and control identification, Internal/External Audit, or Internal Controls
• Knowledge of Governance and ISA, SOx, and PCAOB methodologies
• Knowledge of major ERPs such as SAP Hana or Oracle
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office (including Visio)
• Proactive attitude and strong ownership
• Ability to travel

Preferred Qualifications

• English proficiency
• Postgraduate degree in Controllership, Compliance, or Project Management
• Experience in process and control automation
• Experience working in Big4 firms
• Knowledge of Python and JavaScript
• Proficiency in Metabase and ACL tools
• Knowledge of COSO, COBIT, and BACEN methodologies
