Senior Internal Communications Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a global internal communications strategy to ensure employee alignment with company priorities and mission.
• Craft high-quality content including leadership messages, town hall scripts, company announcements, and intranet updates.
• Partner with executives to provide communication coaching, feedback, and frameworks that reinforce clarity and consistency.
• Lead communications for organizational changes, such as M&A integration, restructuring, and policy shifts.
• Drive communications for company-wide programs, including quarterly All Hands meetings and culture-building initiatives.
• Measure communication effectiveness by tracking engagement, reach, and sentiment to continuously improve channels.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams like Marketing, PR, and People to ensure synchronized internal messaging.

Requirements

• 5-8+ years of internal, employee, or corporate communications experience, ideally in a global high-tech or SaaS environment.
• Exceptional writing and storytelling skills with the ability to communicate clearly at an executive level.
• Proven experience managing communications related to organizational change and navigating sensitive scenarios.
• Ability to operate both as a high-level strategist and a hands-on executor.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Familiarity with internal communication tools, digital channels, and engagement analytics.
• High emotional intelligence, discretion, and sound judgment.
