Senior Internal Auditor

Responsibilities

• Independently lead end-to-end audit engagements including scoping, risk assessment, fieldwork, and reporting
• Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls and business compliance across procurement, marketing, and operational areas
• Perform deep-dive data analysis to identify anomalies and build detection models
• Build continuous auditing tools using AI-assisted programming to enable real-time monitoring and automated alerting
• Develop and maintain libraries of exception detection rules and analytical templates to standardize audit methodology
• Deliver audit reports and coordinate with cross-regional stakeholders to drive remediation to closure

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Audit, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field
• Professional certifications such as CIA, CISA, or CPA
• 5+ years of experience in internal audit, external audit, or related risk and compliance roles
• Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and analysis
• Experience using AI-assisted programming tools to build data processing pipelines or audit tooling
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Mandarin Chinese proficiency is strongly preferred
• Strong analytical writing skills and the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders
