Senior Interior Engineer

Responsibilities

• Perform R&D work in interior components design and development including seats, IP, door panels, ceiling, and carpet
• Manage the full development process from concept to prototype to SOP
• Provide engineering documentation such as FMEA, DTS, PD, and RFQ
• Collaborate with suppliers, SQE, Purchasing, and cross-functional teams to meet timing and quality standards
• Focus on cost and performance targets through creative problem-solving
• Ensure verification and homologation tests meet all legal requirements
• Utilize Catia modules including DMU and GSD for modeling

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a relevant major
• Minimum 5 years of experience in interior components design and development
• Proficiency in Catia is required, including knowledge of data and drawing freezing processes
• Familiarity with vehicle development processes and key gate deliveries
• Ability to communicate verbally in English
