Senior Interior Designer

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and execution of luxury interior projects across residential, hospitality, and commercial sectors.
• Manage design direction to ensure alignment with client expectations, brand identity, and functional requirements.
• Provide mentorship and professional guidance to junior designers and interns.
• Create innovative mood boards, 2D/3D presentations, and renderings for client meetings.
• Oversee space planning, FF&E documentation, and procurement processes.
• Direct technical teams to produce accurate drawings, schematics, and design documents.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and expert advice.
• Conduct site visits to ensure design execution meets company specifications and support project engineers.
• Negotiate pricing and contracts with suppliers to secure cost-effective, high-quality solutions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in interior design.
• Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop, Illustrator, SketchUp, and InDesign.
• Strong skills in 3D modeling and rendering software.
• Valid UAE driving license and access to a personal car.
• Ability and willingness to travel frequently for site visits and client meetings.
• Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
