Senior Interface Engineer

Responsibilities

• Oversee the management of interfaces within construction projects
• Ensure seamless integration and communication between engineering, procurement, and construction teams
• Identify and mitigate interface challenges
• Promote effective collaboration to achieve project objectives

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in interface management or engineering roles within the construction industry
• Proven experience managing complex interfaces in large-scale projects
• Strong knowledge of construction processes and industry standards
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Familiarity with project management tools and interface management software
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills
• Fluency in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage
• Willingness to travel to project sites as necessary
