Senior Intelligence Analyst

Responsibilities

• Own attribution for the most complex, high-stakes parts of the crypto-services ecosystem.
• Design and lead AI and automation initiatives to scale attribution efforts across the team.
• Shape collection strategies by determining what data is required and how to acquire it.
• Mentor analysts and raise the overall standard of investigative tradecraft.
• Contribute high-level analyses and insights that directly feed into products and customer solutions.
• Achieve certification as a cryptocurrency professional across all Chainalysis certifications.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in strong analytic or investigative work, including leading complex problems end-to-end.
• Proven ability to design AI and automation to scale workflows and output.
• Strong research instincts and high level of analytic rigor.
• Exceptional initiative and the ability to drive an agenda in an ambiguous environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfort working extensively with data.

Preferred Qualifications

• Direct experience in blockchain forensics.
• Experience working in fast-moving, globally distributed, or remote-first teams.
