Senior Intelligence Analyst

Responsibilities

• Own attribution for the most complex, high-stakes parts of the crypto-services ecosystem.
• Design and lead AI and automation initiatives to scale attribution efforts across the team.
• Shape collection strategies by determining what data is required and how to acquire it.
• Mentor junior analysts and raise the overall standard of investigative tradecraft.
• Contribute high-level analyses and insights that directly feed into products and customer solutions.
• Achieve certification as a cryptocurrency professional through all Chainalysis training programs.

Requirements

• 5+ years of strong analytic or investigative experience, including leading complex problems from end to end.
• Strong research instincts and high level of analytic rigor.
• AI-forward mindset with the ability to build automation to scale personal and team output.
• Proficiency working with data; experience in blockchain forensics is a significant plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in an ambiguous, fast-moving environment and take proactive initiative.
