Responsibilities

  • Own integration and test campaigns for complex mechanical, electrical, fluid, and subsea systems
  • Develop and execute test strategies, procedures, and operational plans for qualification and field testing
  • Design and build test infrastructure including fluid systems, pressure systems, and instrumentation
  • Lead hazardous test operations involving high pressure, high voltage, and thermal systems
  • Debug complex hardware failures and lead root cause investigations across multidisciplinary domains
  • Drive reliability improvements through failure analysis and process standardization
  • Support field deployments, offshore operations, and commissioning activities

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in integration, test, manufacturing, or systems engineering
  • Demonstrated experience leading integration efforts for multidisciplinary hardware programs
  • Strong hands-on experience with mechanical systems, fluid systems, or electromechanical hardware
  • Experience executing hazardous testing involving pressure, thermal, or power systems
  • Ability to read engineering drawings, schematics, P&IDs, and wiring diagrams
  • Willingness to travel and support offshore and remote field operations

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in aerospace, subsea, marine, or energy industries
  • Experience with high-pressure fluid systems, turbomachinery, or power generation equipment
  • Familiarity with DAQ systems, controls integration, and telemetry
  • Experience with environmental, vibration, or thermal testing campaigns
  • Background in manufacturing engineering or production test operations
  • Hands-on fabrication experience including machining or welding
  • Familiarity with high-reliability fluid system standards like Swagelok
