Senior Integration Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design and build scalable APIs and integration services using Java and Spring Boot
• Develop enterprise integrations using REST APIs, messaging systems, and event-driven architecture
• Work with platforms such as Apache Kafka, RabbitMQ, and AWS integration services
• Build reusable integration components and support API gateway configuration and policies
• Troubleshoot distributed system issues and support production integration services
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, testing automation, and DevSecOps practices

Requirements

• 5+ years of backend software engineering experience with a strong integration focus
• Strong experience with Java, Spring Boot, and microservices
• Deep understanding of API-led architecture and integration patterns
• Experience with REST APIs, messaging systems, and AWS cloud services
• Familiarity with API management tools such as Apigee
• Strong experience with CI/CD, Git, and automated testing practices
• Understanding of distributed systems, scalability, and secure API design

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
• Experience with observability tools like Splunk, Dynatrace, or Grafana
• Exposure to Terraform or CloudFormation
• Experience working in large-scale enterprise or Telco environments
