Senior Integration Engineer

Responsibilities

• Serve as a technical interface with regulators, partners, and key stakeholders
• Facilitate development and implementation of Safety Management Programs
• Ensure alignment of nuclear safety, compliance, and operational programs for reactor deployment
• Coordinate across internal engineering, operations, licensing, and deployment teams
• Translate technical and regulatory requirements into implementable site-level approaches
• Identify and resolve cross-functional gaps and risks related to nuclear program implementation
• Support planning and execution of deployments and site-specific infrastructure
• Drive technical discussions and reviews with internal and external stakeholders
• Provide feedback to engineering teams to improve reactor deployment scalability

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in nuclear, mechanical, chemical, aerospace, or related engineering field
• 4+ years of experience in nuclear, aerospace, defense, or highly regulated technical environments
• Must be a U.S. citizen, national, lawful permanent resident, or eligible for ITAR authorization

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience delivering complex systems across multiple disciplines
• Experience supporting reactor operations, startup, commissioning, or deployment
• Familiarity with nuclear safety and compliance programs
• Background in U.S. Navy nuclear program, national laboratories, or commercial nuclear industry
• Experience in field engineering, test operations, or site-based project execution
