Senior Integration Developer

Responsibilities

• Lead the research, design, development, and testing of new integrations between ServiceTitan, Workday, Salesforce, and ERP systems using Workato.
• Architect and maintain inbound and outbound integrations, including RESTful and SOAP-based APIs, webhooks, and event-driven architectures.
• Build custom Workato connectors using the SDK and develop MuleSoft Anypoint APIs and DataWeave transformations.
• Design and implement intelligent workflows that leverage AI/ML APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic) for data enrichment and automated decision-making.
• Monitor system health, manage error handling and retry logic, and perform root cause analysis for integration failures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to document requirements, define technical specifications, and align on enterprise architecture.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience designing and supporting enterprise integrations using iPaaS platforms (Workato required; MuleSoft preferred).
• Deep expertise in Workato recipe building, workspace management, and the Workato SDK.
• Strong proficiency with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, including Mule flows and DataWeave.
• Extensive knowledge of REST and SOAP APIs, JSON, XML, OAuth, and common authentication patterns.
• Proven experience integrating enterprise systems such as Workday, Salesforce, and various ERP platforms.
• Strong SQL and database knowledge for data mapping, transformation, and reconciliation.
• Experience integrating AI/ML APIs into enterprise workflows for tasks like data extraction or classification.

Preferred Qualifications

• Workato Automation Pro or MuleSoft Certified Developer certification.
• Experience with Workday integrations (Studio, EIB, RaaS, Web Services).
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript/Node.js.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and serverless architectures.
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks like LangChain or building intelligent document processing solutions.
