Senior Integration and Test Engineer

Responsibilities

• Support the architecture and design of V&V plans for complex system level features and platform capabilities
• Execute testing on manual and automated test benches to support integration, verification and validation activities
• Automate bench test execution and reporting using proprietary frameworks
• Work with cross-functional stakeholders including systems engineers, software developers and hardware engineers
• Triage and debug hardware and software issues on hardware-in-the-loop benches
• Work with the release team to ensure efficient execution of automated tests in CI pipelines
• Mentor and support junior engineers and lead integration and test development initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Robotics or related field
• 4+ years of relevant experience (or Master's with 2+ years, or PhD)
• Ability to design test procedures and communicate via documents and diagrams
• Track record of executing complex test procedures in hardware-in-the-loop environments
• Proven experience in Python programming
• Experience in prototyping and testing complex robotic systems
• Experience in debugging hardware issues on test benches

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in accelerated test development using LLM tools
• Experience in bash scripting
• Experience in C++ programming
• Experience with requirements management tools such as Jama
