Senior Integrated Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of assigned creative and production projects from brief intake through delivery
• Maintain accurate project status information within the proprietary OMG workflow system
• Coordinate across creative, CRM, video, and QA teams to manage dependencies and production milestones
• Track and flag SLA risks early, escalating to the Program Director with proposed resolutions
• Support brief triage by reviewing incoming briefs for completeness and scope
• Manage version control, asset filing, and delivery logistics to ensure correct specifications
• Contribute to weekly status reporting and QBR preparation
• Support onboarding of new workstreams by documenting workflows and building templates
• Communicate proactively with US-based Account Managers and client-facing teams

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in project management, traffic management, or production coordination in a creative or marketing environment
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Workfront, Asana, or Monday.com
• Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
• Clear and confident written and verbal communication in English
• Experience working in distributed, multi-cultural teams across different time zones
• Proactive, solutions-first mindset
• Familiarity with AI-assisted workflow and resource management tools

Preferred Qualifications

• Spanish proficiency
• Understanding of creative production workflows across digital channels like email, paid social, and video
