About the role
Responsibilities
- Translate brand and product campaign strategy into integrated marketing plans, defining channel roles, sequencing, and market-facing rollout across paid, owned, retail, and partnership touchpoints
- Partner with the Senior Brand Manager to translate creative briefs into cohesive, full-funnel marketing plans that preserve strategic intent
- Lead cross-functional alignment across Media, Product Marketing, Growth, PR, and Lifecycle teams to ensure maximum brand impact
- Define launch readiness requirements, key milestones, and success criteria for major campaigns and product launches
- Own in-market campaign performance tracking in partnership with Analytics, delivering post-campaign reporting and optimization insights
- Identify gaps in how campaigns translate from brief to market and recommend strategic solutions
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in integrated marketing, go-to-market leadership, or cross-channel campaign management within high-growth consumer technology
- Proven track record of leading complex, multi-channel product launches from planning through performance reporting
- Strong understanding of full-funnel marketing strategy and channel orchestration
- Demonstrated ability to influence and align senior cross-functional stakeholders
- Data-driven mindset with experience defining KPIs and translating performance insights into actionable recommendations
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills in fast-paced environments
- Proficiency in leveraging AI tools to enhance day-to-day productivity and work quality
