Senior Insurance Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Design and build new insurance coverage forms and expand into new geographies from concept through regulatory approval
• Innovate product, pricing, and underwriting sophistication
• Drive profitability and growth through data-driven decisions
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, underwriting, claims, marketing, and leadership teams
• Leverage technology to modernize product design
• Monitor and optimize product performance using financial, operational, and customer metrics

Requirements

• 10+ years of insurance industry experience in underwriting, claims, or product functions
• 2+ years of direct insurance product management experience
• Deep expertise in property insurance fundamentals including policy forms, coverage triggers, exclusions, and endorsements
• Knowledge of state regulatory filing requirements
• Proven ability to navigate competing priorities and make trade-offs
• Strong technical fluency and ability to use technology in product design
