Senior Insurance Product Analyst

Responsibilities

• Identify, design, create, and implement new opportunities and initiatives
• Enhance coverage and form language of existing products and draft new endorsements
• Analyze profitability drivers including loss ratios, actuarial indications, and frequency/severity trends
• Serve as a subject matter expert on landlord insurance forms, endorsements, and underwriting guidelines
• Assist in the creation of novel rating factors and development of regulatory filings
• Work closely with the development team on programming specifications
• Perform competitive analysis and navigate SERFF

Requirements

• At least 3 years of high-achievement experience in insurance
• Experience managing personal lines products
• Experience with SERFF and competitor filings
• Strong technical, analytical, and communication skills
• Builder's mindset with experience taking products from inception to launch

Preferred Qualifications

• Direct experience in HO or DP products
