About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead and support transformation programmes across insurance organisations
- Deliver change initiatives, including operating model redesign, process improvement, and business transformation
- Work across underwriting and functional teams to embed change and improve performance
- Partner with clients to solve complex challenges and deliver solution-oriented outcomes
- Manage stakeholders and ensure successful adoption of change initiatives
Requirements
- Strong experience within the insurance industry (General Insurance, Life, MGAs, or hybrid insurers)
- Proven track record of delivering change and transformation initiatives
- Experience in operating model design, process optimisation, or large-scale business change
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
