Senior Insurance Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and support transformation programmes across insurance organisations
• Deliver change initiatives, including operating model redesign, process improvement, and business transformation
• Work across underwriting and functional teams to embed change and improve performance
• Partner with clients to solve complex challenges and deliver solution-oriented outcomes
• Manage stakeholders and ensure successful adoption of change initiatives

Requirements

• Strong experience within the insurance industry (General Insurance, Life, MGAs, or hybrid insurers)
• Proven track record of delivering change and transformation initiatives
• Experience in operating model design, process optimisation, or large-scale business change
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
