Responsibilities

• Teach select lessons in accordance with learning objectives and session plans
• Employ instructional best practices to meet the needs of adult learners
• Manage regular communication with students to align on progress and expectations
• Provide individualized student support during synchronous sessions and office hours
• Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback based on course rubrics
• Assist in the management of Performance Action Plans for students needing support
• Work closely with the curriculum team to create and review content material

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Project Management
• PMP certification and PMP badge
• Good knowledge of Agile Scrum techniques
• Passion for teaching and ability to explain complex technical concepts
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with instructional best practices for adult learners
• Ability to connect content to real-world industry insights
