About the role
Responsibilities
- Drive demand for BMS medicines within Community Mental Health Centers, Certified Community Behavior Health Centers, and Hospitals to support the US commercialization of COBENFY.
- Engage healthcare providers (HCPs) through deep scientific dialogue and consistent on-label discussions to ensure appropriate patient use.
- Build and maintain professional credibility with regional thought leaders, hospital-based physicians, and pharmacy departments.
- Develop and implement comprehensive territory and account plans to address strategic drivers and hospital treatment pathways.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Therapeutic Area Specialists and Key Account Managers to deliver a superior customer experience.
- Conduct in-office presentations and organize external speaker programs to communicate clinical and scientific rationale.
Requirements
- Advanced scientific degree.
- 5+ years of pharmaceutical or biotechnology experience in healthcare sales, MSL, or as a healthcare professional (HCP/Nurse).
- Proven track record in account management and superior selling competencies.
- Strong ability to communicate complex scientific or clinical data accurately and convincingly.
- Demonstrated understanding of hospital-based treatment pathways, formulary access, and reimbursement processes.
- Valid driver's license and ability to meet "Qualified Driver" requirements for field-based travel.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in Psychiatry.
- Experience working within Community Mental Health Centers or large hospital systems.
