Senior Institutional Coverage

Responsibilities

• Significantly grow the Institutional business by scaling the number of clients and revenue
• Manage and service a designated "Book of Business" as the primary point of contact
• Handle inbound inquiries and collaborate with sales teams to convert outbound leads
• Build long-term client relationships to enable up-sell and cross-sell opportunities
• Proactively anticipate client needs and align services with their business goals
• Contribute to the planning and implementation of regional client segment strategies
• Monitor competitor activities and market offerings to ensure client retention
• Achieve quarterly target metrics and KPIs established by management

Requirements

• MBA degree or equivalent practical experience
• 6+ years of experience in Corporate Relationship Management within Banking, Fintech, Financial Services, or Asset Management
• Working knowledge of major asset classes such as Fixed Income, Forex, Equities, or Commodities
• Front office experience handling Spot and derivatives products
• Strong "client-first" approach with superior service skills
• Deep interest in the digital asset space and enthusiasm for FalconX’s business model
• Start-up mindset with a hunger for scaling business and revenues

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in Finance
• Entrepreneurial experience and strong analytical skills (quantitative and qualitative)
• Base knowledge of institutional investment strategies and portfolio positioning
• Passion for digital assets and cryptocurrency
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills
• Experience working with remote teams
