About the Company

Senergy Technical Services (STS) is a third-party quality inspection and technical advisory company focused on the solar/PV (photovoltaic) industry and broader renewable energy sector.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and perform pre-dispatch and post-dispatch inspections for renewable energy equipment
• Understand inspection plans and checklist content based on project requirements
• Participate in project opening meetings to brief suppliers on scope and rules
• Verify site conditions using the 5M methodology
• Coordinate the on-site inspection team according to the activity schedule
• Witness manufacturing and testing progress by analyzing measurements
• Monitor testing lead times to ensure schedule compliance
• Report findings to the Project Manager and inform site contacts
• Complete inspection reports based on Service Engineering formats
• Suggest improvements to suppliers and inspection methodologies

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or higher
• Ability to interpret drawings, specifications, and PV Module test procedures
• Experience in renewable energies, energy storage, or factory inspection
• At least 5 years of Quality Control experience (factory or on-site)
• At least 5 years of experience in a PV Module technical position
• Minimum 3 years of management experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• High proficiency in spoken and written English
• Ability to spend 80+% of time on-site at inspection locations
