Senior Inspector

Responsibilities

• Perform complex inspection tasks and continuous surveillance of construction activities to ensure compliance with codes, standards, and specifications
• Verify that work is completed in accordance with contract specifications through detailed inspection activities and reporting
• Conduct inspections within tunnel shafts, environmental areas, and safety zones as required by the project
• Manage inspection documentation and reporting, including availability for overtime and varying shifts to meet contractor schedules

Requirements

• 10+ years of related tunnel experience in heavy construction
• Expertise in shafts and mechanical piping
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction specifications
• Familiarity with DEP E-Builder Systems
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
