Senior Insights Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage banking client relationships and deliver exceptional service against SLAs and quality standards
• Produce end-to-end ad hoc research outputs, from briefing and scoping through analysis, insight generation, and presentation
• Maintain a strong understanding of client strategy, NPS performance, and key business drivers
• Improve the depth, actionability, and commercial value of insights delivered to clients
• Support production, QA, and process improvement initiatives, including automation and AI-enabled workflows
• Monitor budgets and ad hoc hours, ensuring work is delivered efficiently and within agreed scope
• Lead client WIP meetings, present findings, and coordinate priorities across the team
• Coach and develop junior team members to build capability and performance

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in a research agency, consultancy, or client-side research and insights role
• Experience working with banks or financial services organisations
• Proven ability to manage primary research projects end-to-end
• Experience presenting research and insights to senior stakeholders
• Strong client-service, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience leading, coaching, and developing team members
• Proficiency with SPSS and Q
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
