Senior Insights and Analytics Principal, Large Pharma

Responsibilities

• Drive business growth by identifying and shaping new opportunities through existing client networks and RFP processes
• Serve as a strategic advisor to large biopharma clients, providing insights into brand dynamics and market forces
• Translate complex business questions into actionable analytic frameworks and solution designs
• Oversee the development and presentation of high-quality client deliverables and actionable recommendations
• Lead and mentor multi-disciplinary insights teams to foster a high-performance culture
• Set the strategic direction for the Large Pharma insights market-facing narrative

Requirements

• Degree in engineering, statistics, math, economics, or a related quantitative field
• 12 years of experience in management consulting, data analytics, or similar roles within the biopharma industry
• Proven track record of managing senior client relationships and leading large-scale projects
• Deep understanding of healthcare data, analytical methods, and biopharma commercial practice areas
• Strong critical thinking, structured problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, matrixed environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree or MBA
