Responsibilities

• Support regular client presentations and research brief sessions
• Influence the design of research briefs and the analytical approach
• Use insights and data to tell compelling stories and drive action for clients
• Conduct quantitative market research analysis with high accuracy and efficiency
• Create client-ready research and insight-led PowerPoint presentations
• Use research and data tools, including AI
• Analyse secondary data to triangulate and contextualise primary research
• Collaborate cross-functionally with global teams in London, Singapore, Sydney, and Melbourne

Requirements

• At least 2 years’ experience in a market research agency or consultancy
• University degree in any discipline
• Client-focused with confidence presenting to stakeholders
• Experience using Microsoft Excel or statistical software (Q, SPSS, etc.)
• Excellent written communication skills
• Banking or financial services experience is highly valued
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
