About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of analysts, overseeing deliverables for accuracy, quality, and efficiency
- Lead large-scale reporting projects for major clients to surface trends and stories
- Own RFP and proposal responses to showcase insight capabilities
- Run client presentations, meetings, and workshops to support pipeline growth
Requirements
- Proven experience managing projects and senior client relationships
- Talent for data storytelling and translating numbers into narratives
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong writing skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Slides
- Demonstrated line management experience and track record of developing analysts
