Senior Insight Analyst

Responsibilities

• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights
• Interpret complex data sets and present findings in a clear, concise manner
• Utilize statistical methods and machine learning techniques to perform predictive and prescriptive analyses
• Develop and implement models to support strategic business decisions
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product and Design, to provide data-driven solutions
• Mentor junior data analysts and guide best practices in data analysis and reporting
• Conduct training sessions to enhance data literacy across the organization

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar analytical role
• Excellent proficiency in SQL and R or Python
• Strong knowledge of statistical methods and machine learning techniques
• Proven experience in presenting and sharing knowledge based on data findings
• Proactive, results-driven, and hands-on approach toward problem solving
• Excellent English communication skills
• Ability to work on-site in Valencia, Spain (relocation support provided)
