Senior Inside Sales Representative/Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Help train junior representatives in plumbing and sales
• Provide exceptional service to contractors, including counter service, quotes, and technical support
• Process customer orders including pricing and substitutions
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers by identifying value-added solutions
• Monitor customer satisfaction and provide prompt problem resolution
• Support the external sales team and client project management

Requirements

• High school diploma
• 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Excellent fluency in French (spoken and written)
• Very good proficiency in English (spoken and written)
• Strong communication skills and teamwork ability
• Strong work ethic and customer service focus

• Knowledge of plumbing industry products
