Responsibilities

  • Manage a pipeline of qualified inbound leads through discovery calls and product demonstrations
  • Revitalize and re-engage previously inactive leads and prospects
  • Lead persuasive sales conversations regarding customer acquisition and revenue growth
  • Collaborate with onboarding, marketing, and client success teams for seamless handoffs
  • Maintain accurate records of activity and pipeline velocity in the CRM
  • Provide prospect feedback to refine sales materials and objection handling
  • Stay updated on e-commerce, retail tech, and wholesale distribution trends

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years in a closing sales role, preferably in SaaS, MarTech, or e-commerce
  • Strong understanding of digital retail ecosystems and marketplaces like Amazon or Walmart
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and closing complex deals
  • Exceptional communication and objection handling skills
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms like HubSpot or Salesforce
  • English fluency required; French is a strong asset
  • Ability to work 100% in-office in Saint-Laurent, QC
