About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage a pipeline of qualified inbound leads through discovery calls and product demonstrations
- Revitalize and re-engage previously inactive leads and prospects
- Lead persuasive sales conversations regarding customer acquisition and revenue growth
- Collaborate with onboarding, marketing, and client success teams for seamless handoffs
- Maintain accurate records of activity and pipeline velocity in the CRM
- Provide prospect feedback to refine sales materials and objection handling
- Stay updated on e-commerce, retail tech, and wholesale distribution trends
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years in a closing sales role, preferably in SaaS, MarTech, or e-commerce
- Strong understanding of digital retail ecosystems and marketplaces like Amazon or Walmart
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and closing complex deals
- Exceptional communication and objection handling skills
- Proficiency with CRM platforms like HubSpot or Salesforce
- English fluency required; French is a strong asset
- Ability to work 100% in-office in Saint-Laurent, QC
