Senior Inside Sales Representative

Responsibilities

• Execute proactive telephone and email sales and marketing efforts to drive profitable growth
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with a defined customer base
• Process customer orders, quotes, and proposals while providing continuous follow-up
• Prospect for new accounts within a specified geographical territory
• Assist outside sales personnel by processing priority transactions and technical inquiries
• Utilize digital tools to promote products and identify customer requirements
• Gather and report market intelligence regarding competitors, pricing, and industry trends

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in customer service, sales, or electrical distribution
• High School diploma or GED required
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
• Experience using ERP systems and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools
• Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
