Senior Inside Sales Product Specialist

Responsibilities

• Provide technical consultancy and expert guidance on complex infrastructure solutions to drive sales and meet customer needs
• Explain the Dell Technologies portfolio and how multi-faceted solutions benefit customer business objectives
• Support the core Sales team by using strategic probing to identify and recommend complex alternative technology solutions
• Achieve or exceed sales targets by developing strong relationships with partners and distributors
• Execute sales campaigns accurately and leverage data-driven insights to identify new business opportunities
• Position solutions across Private, Hybrid, and Multi-Cloud environments, Data Center consolidation, and AI Infrastructure

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Technical Sales
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business (or an equivalent combination of education and experience)
• Strong technical expertise in infrastructure solutions involving Microsoft, VMware, RedHat, and Nutanix
• Deep knowledge of MultiCloud solutions, Gen AI, AI Infrastructure, Disaster Recovery, and Data Management
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills
• Proven ability to work effectively in virtual teams and influence strategic implementation
