Senior Inpatient Physiotherapist

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced physiotherapy assessment and treatment to patients on Medicine/Winter Pressure wards
• Act as an integral part of the multi-disciplinary team within the Trust
• Offer specialist advice and support to other professionals regarding patient management
• Contribute to the development and implementation of treatment plans
• Monitor patient progress and maintain accurate records
• Ensure effective discharge planning and high-quality patient care

Requirements

• Degree in Physiotherapy
• HCPC registration
• Significant experience in acute inpatient wards
• Proven discharge planning experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
