Senior Innovation Technical Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain integrated master program schedules across mechanical, electrical, firmware, and industrial design workstreams
• Drive alignment on product direction across engineering, design, commercial, finance, and supply chain teams
• Lead structured milestone reviews at Vision, V0, P1, and P2 stages
• Own the risk register by identifying, escalating, and resolving critical path risks
• Serve as the primary interface between the Innovation TPM team and the NPD PMO
• Deliver program updates to executive leadership
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the early-stage iTPM playbook

Requirements

• Engineering background with 5+ years in a TPM, PM, or senior engineering project management role
• Experience managing programs across the full product lifecycle, specifically early-stage consumer products or electronics
• Ability to run integrated schedules across multiple engineering workstreams
• Proven track record of influencing and presenting to senior and executive stakeholders
• Understanding of manufacturing processes, tooling, and DFM constraints
• Ability to drive alignment in ambiguous, fast-moving environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in pre-P2 / early-stage innovation or concept development
• Familiarity with stage-gate processes in consumer goods
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification
• Budget management and P&L literacy
• Global team exposure (US, UK, China)
• Proficiency in SolidWorks or Creo
