Senior Innovation Manager

Responsibilities

• Build a multi-year pipeline of business-driving ideas grounded in consumer insights and market opportunities
• Oversee projects through the stage-gate process, ensuring milestones and objectives are met
• Lead cross-functional teams to advance innovation with pace and clarity
• Manage commercialization plans and partner with Sales to develop winning customer strategies
• Own the P&L for new launches and manage the innovation budget with discipline
• Lead and develop direct reports and contribute to the Senior Marketing Leadership team

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business; MBA strongly preferred
• Minimum 15+ years of progressive experience in brand management, innovation, or marketing
• Proven track record of launching successful products in food & beverage or consumer-facing categories
• Experience leading cross-functional teams from inception to completion
• Strong understanding of Stage Gate or structured innovation processes
• Familiarity with consumer insights and research methodologies
