Senior Innovation Financing Consultant

About the Company

We support companies ranging from startups to SMEs and large groups in financing their R&D and innovation projects, including R&D tax credits (CIR), IP Box, public aid, and European funding.

Responsibilities

• Analyze strategic R&D programs to identify and secure relevant financing mechanisms (CIR, IP Box, national and European grants)
• Act as an expert advisor to clients, engaging with R&D, finance, and tax departments
• Coordinate and lead multidisciplinary project teams (technical, financial, tax)
• Supervise and guarantee the quality, robustness, and compliance of technical and financial deliverables
• Apply and promote the EPSA methodology for high-level compliance
• Visit clients to strengthen relationships and understand operational challenges
• Contribute to the development and influence of the Key Accounts division

Requirements

• Engineering degree, Master 2 in science, or PhD
• 5 to 8 years of professional experience in R&D, innovation, or engineering within a large industrial group or service provider
• Experience managing complex projects in interface with business departments
• Strong analytical, synthesis, and structuring skills
• High scientific and technological culture
• Excellent communication skills in both French and English
• Leadership and collaborative mindset

• Proven experience in managing complex projects with high-level decision-makers
