Senior Innovation Consultant

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end innovation services, including certified tax deductions and bonuses, for a dedicated client portfolio.
• Analyze opportunities and advise clients to drive growth in our service offerings.
• Collect technical and economic information required for project studies and the preparation of deliverables.
• Draft detailed reports and justifications for R&D projects.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure high-quality advisory and identify new collaboration opportunities.
• Provide technical support to the Sales team during commercial visits and client meetings.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of proven experience in managing tax incentive deductions and bonuses (both certified and non-certified).
• University degree in Engineering or Science.
• Fluency in both Spanish and Catalan (written and spoken).
• Strong teamwork skills and ability to work towards collective goals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage diverse stakeholders.
• Highly organized with the ability to plan and remain flexible in a changing environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in English.
• Experience in a consulting or professional services environment.
