Senior Ingentis Consultant

Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to gather business requirements and translate them into effective Ingentis solutions
• Design, configure, and implement Ingentis software to meet client-specific organizational and HR needs
• Provide expert guidance on best practices regarding organizational visualization, process optimization, and data integration
• Lead workshops and training sessions to empower client teams in using Ingentis tools efficiently
• Collaborate with technical teams during system integration and testing phases
• Maintain documentation related to consulting engagements, system configurations, and project progress
• Stay updated with the latest Ingentis product features and industry trends

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Information Technology, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience working with Ingentis solutions in a consulting capacity
• Strong understanding of organizational management, HR processes, and data visualization techniques
• Proven track record in configuring and deploying Ingentis software
• Excellent communication, presentation, and client engagement skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
• Experience conducting workshops and training sessions

Preferred Qualifications

• Relevant Ingentis certifications or training
