Senior Infrastructure Specialist

Responsibilities

• Design and manage high-availability server environments using VMware
• Oversee Azure cloud infrastructure focusing on cost optimization and scaling
• Maintain storage solutions (SAN/NAS) and backup/disaster recovery protocols
• Manage enterprise networking equipment including FortiGate firewalls and SD-WAN
• Implement security protocols such as MFA, VPNs, and EDR systems
• Develop PowerShell scripts for automation in Active Directory and Office 365
• Supervise IT asset lifecycle management using ManageEngine
• Act as Tier 2 escalation point and mentor junior administrators

Requirements

• Expert knowledge of Windows Server 2022+ and Linux
• Proven experience managing Azure (Entra ID, Intune) environments
• Deep understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, BGP, and VoIP
• Hands-on experience with VMware vSphere
• Proficiency in ITSM/Asset Management tools like ManageEngine or Jira
• 7+ years in IT infrastructure with 2+ years in a senior capacity

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert
• Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNA/CCNP)
• Fortinet NSE (Level 4 or higher)
