Senior Infrastructure Engineer

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct projects and initiatives from start to finish with minimal oversight
• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot corporate environments and applications
• Collaborate with engineering, leadership, and cross-functional teams to meet business goals
• Update and maintain internal process documentation
• Provide technical support, training, and mentorship for colleagues
• Respond to incoming requests within agreed-upon SLAs
• Participate in on-call rotation to ensure service uptime

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, systems administration, or IT support
• Strong experience managing Microsoft Azure cloud environments
• Expertise in Enterprise Identity and Access Management (Microsoft Entra ID, Azure AD, Active Directory)
• Experience administering Windows, macOS, and Linux environments
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, and Office applications
• Experience with MDM platforms like Microsoft Intune or Jamf
• Proficiency with networking technologies including LAN, WAN, and VPN
• Experience with endpoint security solutions such as Sophos or Microsoft Defender
• Strong English communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing Atlassian platforms (Jira, Confluence)
• Experience with vulnerability management tools like Tenable
• Experience with computer imaging solutions like SmartDeploy or Windows Autopilot
• Experience in project management, budgeting, and vendor relationship management
