Senior Infrastructure Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain complex IT infrastructure including servers, networks, storage, and Azure cloud environments
• Ensure system performance, security, and availability through troubleshooting and managing upgrades
• Support backup and disaster recovery processes
• Provide technical guidance and collaborate with internal teams and vendors
• Drive continuous improvement of infrastructure systems

Requirements

• Advanced Linux/Unix system administration
• Experience with Windows Server administration
• Knowledge of configuration management tools like Ansible or Chef
• Scripting experience with Bash, Python, PowerShell, or Shell
• Cloud infrastructure experience with Azure, AWS, GCP, or OCI
• Experience with hybrid infrastructure (on-premise and cloud)
• Virtualization experience with VMware, Hyper-V, or KVM
• Infrastructure as Code experience with Terraform, CloudFormation, or Bicep
• Knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, routing, switching)
• Experience with monitoring tools such as Zabbix, Grafana, or Azure Monitor
• Advanced English communication skills (B2+)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, or OpenShift
• CI/CD experience with Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps
• Knowledge of Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and Entra ID
• Experience with backup platforms like Veeam or Commvault
• DevOps, SRE, or platform engineering practices
• Relevant certifications (RHCSA, AWS, Azure, VMware, ITIL, or Kubernetes)
