Senior Infrastructure Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design scalable architecture using Kubernetes for high-volume, real-time voice processing
• Build and optimize ML infrastructure, including training pipelines and real-time inference serving
• Maintain connections between the platform and enterprise telephony systems, SIP trunks, and VoIP infrastructure
• Implement monitoring, alerting, and incident response systems for 24/7 uptime
• Anticipate and solve scaling challenges to support exponential call volume growth
• Implement security best practices and compliance requirements for regulated industries

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience building and scaling distributed systems
• Deep knowledge of cloud infrastructure (AWS or GCP preferred)
• Experience with high-throughput, low-latency workloads or real-time processing
• Startup mentality with the ability to solve problems in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with tools such as Cloudflare, HAProxy, Go, TypeScript, Datadog, Terraform, Docker, or Kubernetes

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with telephony systems (SIP, VOIP, WebRTC)
• Background in ML infrastructure, model serving, or GPU computing
• Experience with real-time audio/video processing
