Senior Infrastructure Developer/Engineer

Responsibilities

• Coordinate infrastructure build and upgrade projects across server and platform teams
• Perform hands-on activities in server environments, network, backup, or database infrastructure
• Support provisioning, configuration, patching, and upgrade activities on VMware and Linux/Windows environments
• Track project milestones, risks, and dependencies while providing regular status reporting
• Work with cross-functional teams including application, database, network, and security specialists
• Maintain documentation regarding product versions, OS lifecycle, and infrastructure standards
• Assist in capacity planning, environment setup, and release readiness activities
• Ensure compliance with enterprise infrastructure standards and IT governance processes

Requirements

• 6-9 years of experience in Infrastructure Engineering or Build Engineering
• Proven experience as an Infrastructure Project Coordinator
• Hands-on experience in server-side infrastructure or exposure to Network, Backup, or Database infrastructure
• Strong understanding of OS versions, product lifecycles, and infrastructure standards
• Experience in project tracking, reporting, and stakeholder coordination
• English proficiency at a C1 Advanced level

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in virtualized environments (VMware)
• Exposure to enterprise Linux (RHEL) administration
• Experience supporting database infrastructure (Oracle / MySQL)
• Exposure to ITIL processes
• Familiarity with project management methodologies such as PMP or PRINCE2
