Senior Infrastructure Analyst

Responsibilities

• Provide technical expertise and guidance to IT teams regarding technology platforms and infrastructure design.
• Develop robust technology solutions aligned with architectural standards, focusing on availability, capacity, security, and reliability.
• Monitor platform performance and investigate incidents to ensure rapid system recovery and minimal business impact.
• Translate logical designs into physical specifications, including configuration standards and administration processes.
• Manage the lifecycle of systems and software to mitigate risks associated with obsolete technology.
• Conduct routine installations, hardware/software updates, and configuration management.
• Define integration builds, software modules, and hardware environment configurations.
• Maintain application support processes and monitor service desk metrics to ensure service level agreements are met.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in IT Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology.
• ITIL Certification.
• Professional certifications such as CCNP, CCIE, MCSE, or RHEL.
• Fluency in the English language.
• Proven ability to conduct cost-benefit analyses for IT investments.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
